Open day at Mont’Kiara International School

Mont’Kiara International School (M’KIS) Open Day is an opportunity to gain a deeper insight into what makes this international school one of the most sought-after schools in the region. In operation since 1994 and home to over 55 student nationalities, M’KIS is ideally situated on a single campus in the suburb of Mont’Kiara. The M’KIS curriculum is based upon North American standards and delivered through the International Baccalaureate framework.

Join the M’KIS team on October 30, 2018, for a private tour of the neighborhood campus, see their new facilities, meet the faculty and experience the school in action.

The M’KIS team of highly qualified educators, leaders and faculty have worked hard to create a learning environment that is a true reflection of their school’s mission statement:

“Educate to improve our global community by enhancing the creative, emotional, social and academic talents of the individual child.”

Whether you are a family moving over to Malaysia or perhaps looking at other international school opportunities within Malaysia, the M’KIS team would be delighted to meet you. All registered families who submit an application on the day will benefit from the Open Day application fee waiver. For more details on students transferring from other international schools within Malaysia, please visit the admissions page on their website.

M’KIS is licensed by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia, and certified by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. It is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), U.S.A and authorized as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. M’KIS has successfully offered the IB Diploma Programme (DP) in grades 11 and 12 since 2000 and is currently in the authorization stages of both the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Primary Years Programme (PYP). M’KIS believes in offering a challenging and stimulating curriculum with an international perspective that prepares children for the intellectual, societal and global demands of the 21st Century.
