Are you ready to dine out, or would you rather wait a while for your next dining experience? Either way, we have listed a few tried-and tested top restaurants for those who are fully vaccinated.

The Grand Getaway

dining

The Grand Getaway is perfect for those itching to travel but are still wary of the pandemic. Covering five cities in two hours, it’s truly an escape in all its senses. From check-in, to boarding call, to putting your seatbelt on, The Grand Getaway gives you the flying experience without actually leaving the country (or Grand Hyatt KL for that matter).

HYdeout

Catering to families with younger children, HYdeout is great for a lunch or dinner outing. With themed food and activities, both adults and children will have tons of fun. They’re currently running Dinotopia, a dinosaur themed experience.

Le Petit Chef

If you’ve missed watching live performances and going to the cinema since the pandemic started, Le Petit Chef makes for a great option to fill that gaping hole. Be entertained by the tiny chef whilst dining on a gourmet meal, traversing the Silk Road, through Asia. This is FUN dining, not fine dining.

Haidilao Hot Pot

There’s just something very communal about cooking your meal together as a family (at least it’s not just mum stuck in the kitchen). At Haidilao, all you have to do is put the raw food items into the hot pot and wait. Sometimes, the server will even cook it for you and serve it to you. With complimentary snacks (while you wait for your table to be ready) and manicures on offer, this is where to head to for hotpot! There are eight Haidilao locations in Klang Valley.

Kam’s Roast

Is having a meal at a MICHELIN star restaurant on your wish list? Head on down to one star MICHELIN restaurant Kam’s Roast, in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The roast duck alone is definitely worth the trip.

Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill

Gordon Ramsay’s first restaurant in Malaysia is set to open in Sunway Resort Hotel, in the fourth quarter of this year. It will feature an all-day menu, from snacks and light bites to Gordon Ramsay’s signature dishes. Whether you’re a fan of Gordon Ramsay or not, the opening is bound to be the event of this quarter.

Some restaurants in our list may be open, others not yet. Please do check before heading out. As always, please comply with the venue’s SOPs and be safe.
