Earth Hour 2019 in KL

Around the globe, millions of people, businesses, and landmarks set aside an hour to switch off the lights, host events and make noise for climate change action. This year Earth Hour is at 8.30pm on Saturday 30 March 2019. You can read more about the global movement here. It is also a perfect opportunity to teach kids about environment and give them a concrete idea of what a global movement means and how it can raise awareness. Here are some events taking place here in KL to mark Earth Hour 2019:

    1. Indeed! We ended up at the starting point of the Earth Hour walk at the new Starling mall and dinner at the Bonfire restaurant, but due to kids’ bedtime used the earth hour in reading bedtime stories at home – with a headlamp!
