MyZenMama Wai Leng is passionate about three things: music, food and books (not necessarily in that order). She has three musical children and a globe-trotting husband. When she is not teaching, Zen Mama likes to bury herself in books or be transported into another world through music. She believes that the world can be a better place if everyone learns to appreciate the arts more, to be happier with less and to appreciate simple natural foods. This is her zen.
