Deepavali or Diwali is a colourful annual Hindu celebration and this year it falls on 27 October. Known as the Festival of Lights, the celebration is to signify the triumph of light over darkness and the victory of good over evil. Deepavali carnival 2019 in Bukit Jalil
The 18th Deepavali Bazaar is held by Agenda Suria Communication at Open Car Park B of the National Sports Complex Bukit Jalil. Shopping booths are all under an air-conditioned sheltered canopy space. Little India, Brickfields

Sungai Buloh Deepavali Carnaval
A karaoke competition, kids beauty pageant, comedy and of course many stalls with clothes and decorations and food at Bandar Baru in Sungai Buloh. Find out more here.

It’s all in the Square… A giant kolam is on display at Ground Floor Central and a Regal Diwali celebration is taking place at Berjaya Times Square. From 13-18 October, 10am – 10pm. Apart from the beautiful kolam and arts & crafts workshops for kids, traditional Indian dance performances are held every weekend 12 – 27 October 2019 at 2pm.

Many stalls in the main court for the ‘Artistry of Diwali’ at the Intermark at Jalan Tun Razak. There will also be other activities like henna art, a saree styling demo, elephant doodling and the Grand Bazaar offering unique finds like Diwali fashion wear, home decor and Turkish lamps. Experience Divine Diwali at Pavilion KL, Bukit Bintang, where the led light kolam will be illuminated at 8pm every evening. There will be traditional Indian dance and Bollywood performances, a bazaar and much more.
