The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Cake or Lantern Festival will be celebrated soon, with mooncakes of course! While the traditions and practices differ across the region, it is all about celebrating the harvest.

Seasons come and go, flavours change, and moments together are a luxury. More than just a celebration, the Mid-Autumn Festival is also a cultural tradition that is close to many hearts. The mooncakes accompany this festive celebration.

Mooncakes are only available during the Mid-Autumn Festival. They vary from the traditional ones filled with red bean or lotus paste, to the modern ones, sometimes filled with ice cream. The selections and diversities seem endless and don’t those mooncakes look like a piece of heavenly art?! Too gorgeous to eat… that’s what we think! Varieties include traditional baked skin and snow skin mooncakes and they come in limited-edition gift boxes. Themed ‘Made by Hand, Baked with Heart’, relive the artistry of treasured Mid-Autumn traditions with 100% handcrafted mooncakes Each mooncake is lovingly baked from scratch, using the finest ingredients imported from Hong Kong. No preservatives are added.

Malaysian fashion designer Melinda Looi designed the boxes for this year’s mooncakes… We think they look gorgeous! Encasing the velvety mooncakes, the packaging design features ‘The Grand Gambit’ which comes with a dashing chess board. Try mooncakes with traditional essences, like White Lotus and Black Sesame, or modern elements like Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate Truffle.
