The most difficult job in making this robot is collecting suitable empty boxes, believe me. We used a larger box for the body, juice cartons for limbs and an old biscuit tin for the head. Wrap it up in foil, use strong glue liberally and voilá!

The eye sockets are muffin cups and the eyes ping-pong balls and some pipe cleaner.

It seems like ours is still a work in progress. What I hear is he is still missing various missing buttons and switches, so we are waiting for suitable recyclable items to show up. Apologise for the photos but he is just so very bright!
