Who are we?
Happy Go KL is a lifestyle and family travel blog. We want to share what we know and love about our current home town and this beautiful region, but also spread good ideas that make everyday life more fun. It is not just an expat blog from KL, but as many of us are expats we look at our home city with wide eyes. It is also a travel blog: we are avid travelers and love to explore new, family-friendly destinations in the region and getaways from Kuala Lumpur.
Behind Happy Go KL there is a group of spirited ladies. Some of us are from Kuala Lumpur, others have been living here for some time. We come from different nationalities, have more tiny humans combined that we can count and a used to call countless countries home before settling down in KL.
Advertising policy
Many of the reviews and tips are unsolicited. We will only feature products and services we like and use ourselves. We do sponsored reviews from time to time, but only of selected products and services that we can truly recommend. We will always let you know when a post is a sponsored one. Great blog !!
I found your blog on BlogExpat.com. My wife Diane and I are moving there in the spring as early retirees as soon as I turn age 50 (age requirement for the MM2H Visa at a reasonable cost ). I recently started my blog ahead of the move and am currently scouring through as many expat blogs I can find in SE Asia and especially Malaysia looking for ideas, new followers, contacts and friends. I am planning to start organic chicken farm, are there many players in the market or are there over supplied organic chicken in the Kuala Lumpur market?
Hi! I regularly see one brand of organic chicken (frozen, whole) at the supermarkets and I know they also deliver. I wouldn’t say there is over supply, especially if you were to provide a variety of products, ie. ready cut pieces. Good luck and let us know when your farm is up and running!
